South Africa Fieldtrip 2017-18

Description

SOUTH AFRICA FIELDTRIP 2017-18

January 2018 - please note, final dates to be confirmed by the trip leader, Dr Peter Garside, as soon as possible.

The estimated cost of the South Africa fieldtrip is approximately £1500 per student (including flight costs - this is based on a lower exchange rate than at present to indicate a worse case scenario based on the unpredictability of Pound Sterling). Please note that students are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from Cape Town International Airport, and that this cost is likely to be around £700 return (students may choose to fly on the same flight as staff).

Kingston University will organise all other aspects of the fieldwork from the beginnning to the end of the trip at Cape Town International airport (exact dates to be confirmed). These will include all accommodation, transport, entrance fees, guides and some (but not all) meals.

Please note, travel insurance arranged by Kingston University will only cover the official fieldtrip dates (final dates to be confirmed). Students are responsible for their own insurance for dates outside this period.

The payment instalment schedule is as follows:   N.B. please see below for 'Important Information' and 'Terms & Conditions' before making a payment.
