London Walking Tour – Saturday 23 September 2017

London Eye



This is the essential London walk!

Take in sights such as the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and everything in between.

Hear of coronations and weddings in the Abbey, quirky traditions in the Houses of Parliament, and stop at the Queen’s House, Buckingham Palace. Winding our way through St James Park and through Horseguards and Trafalgar Square this the perfect introduction to London.


Detailed Description

The tour will last between 1.5 and 2 hours (though usually closer to 2 hours) and will end in Trafalgar Square at which point you can either enjoy some time in Central London or make your way home. The guides always let you know how to get back by public transport at the end of the walk. 

Students will have the option to meet at one of the following locations: 

  • Kingston Train Station at 9.45am
  • Jubilee gardens (at the foot of the London Eye) at 10.45am

Look out for our Student Ambassadors wearing Yellow T-Shirts and carrying Kingston University signs who will help guide you on your Journey.


What to bring:   Some money for drinks and snacks

What to wear:   Casual clothes and sensible footwear, suitable for walking
