Digital Photography & Imaging: An Introduction
Digital Photography evening course
An exciting introductory evening course to Digital Photography and Imaging.
Session one: Presentation about composition and what makes a good image etc...plus an introduction to pixels, depth of field, ISO and raw images.
Session 2: Introduction to lighting. How to use a light meter, what the accessories are designed to do, how to create hard/soft light and how to light the face with single point lighting.
Session three: lighting ratios, multiple lighting and beauty lighting. Mood board and briefing for homework.
Session 4: 2 hours working on a portrait project brief in the studio. and a review of work.
Session 5: a 2 hour Photoshop lesson on skin retouching and using Photoshop tools for images.
