About our speaker

Glenn has worked as a consultant, coach and trainer in leadership, team development and organisational design. He has held both hands on roles working ‘in the trenches’ with teams as well as coaching senior leadership to improve their leadership styles.

Glenn has a pragmatic view with regards to leadership and team development; the world is rarely as the books lead you to believe. However, Glenn also blends this view with recent research findings to provide a rounded and balanced approach.

When designing workshops, Glenn favours a reflective approach. You may not leave with all the answers but you will most likely have better questions.

 

What is the Help to Grow Management Programme?

A 12 week-programme delivered by leading business schools across the UK, accredited by the Small Business Charter. The programme will combine a practical curriculum, with 1:1 support from a business mentor, peer-learning sessions and an alumni network.

Designed to be manageable alongside full-time work, this programme will support business leaders to develop their strategic skills with key modules covering financial management, innovation and digital adoption.
