Saturday 26 September | 15:00–16:30 | UBX Gym, Kingston

 

Join the Residence Life team for a 90‑minute Stretch class, led by a qualified instructor, designed to help you feel confident, relaxed and prepared for your first week of teaching!

🎟 Tickets

£4 per person — includes your entry to the class.
Tickets are limited and non‑refundable (unless the event is cancelled), so make sure to grab yours early!

 

👟 What to Bring

Wear comfy, active clothing and suitable shoes, and bring some water to stay hydrated.

 

📍 Meeting Point

We’ll meet you outside UBX Gym (Brook Street, at the end of Penrhyn Road) at 14:55, ready to start the session at 15:00 sharp.
