Before 1992

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING: Before 16 June 1992, the awarding body for Kingston Polytechnic was the Council for National Academic Awards (CNAA). The CNAA no longer exist but their records are held by the Open University Validation Partnerships. You can order a replacement certificate by contacting them directly

Requests for replacement HNC and HND certificates prior to 1992 should be directed to Pearson (formerly Edexcel or BTEC). Details of your module results are not available. This is because there was no requirement for UK Universities to provide students with module results until 2003.

Exceptions to the above are the Polytechnic Diplomas in Architecture / Marketing which were awarded by Kingston Polytechnic itself. Replica certificates are not available however the University can provide a verification of your award for these courses only.

It is not possible to request digital copies of the below award documents. Orders are usually processed within 15 working days. Please do not telephone to confirm the status of your order.

The award documents available for you to order depend on when you completed your course and achieved your qualification. Do not order documents that you are not eligible for, as your order will be cancelled and refunded.
