Certified copies of certificates have the same status as an original certificate, but will have a statement printed on it to confirm that it is a true copy. It will also be signed, dated and stamped. As they're produced in our current format, they may not look the same as the original certificate. The University reserves the right not to issue a replacement.

This document is only available to former students applying to the Greek DOATAP authorities to validate your award.

You should only order a replacement diploma supplement if it has been more than 5 years since you completed your course and you didnt receive your original, or your original certificate has been lost / destroyed.

World Education Services are a credential evaluation service with offices in New York and Canada. Graduates wishing to immigrate to the US or Canada may choose to purchase WES services.

If you graduated between 1 July 2003 - 31 March 2014, then WES requires a certified diploma supplement alongside a WES Academic Request form sent directly to WES by Kingston University.

Both documents will need to be sent to WES directly from Kingston University for WES to accept it.

This letter is currently only available as an electronic document which will be emailed to you or a third party (such as an employer, embassy or university).

This letter will confirm your name, award title, classification, date of award, mode of study and the start and end date of the course. Please note that it does not include the location of your course.

This letter supports other award documentation and does not carry the same official standing as a certificate or diploma supplement.
