The cost of each payment option includes: a) the physical/ exercise assessments listed, b) data analysis and interpretation and c) production of a written report. You can specify which test is required after purchase Option 2 – Level 2 Fitness Testing - Lactate profile AND Vo2Max - £210. Option 3 – Level 3 Fitness Testing - Lactate Profile AND Vo2Max AND Economy assessment AND Body composition (either Skinfolds or BodPod) - £300. You can specify which body composition test is required after purchase. Option 4 - Triathlete Package - as per level 3 but with a return visit for the other exercise mode (e.g. running 1, cycling 2) - £425. Swimming assessment not available. Option 5 - Body Composition Only - Skinfold OR Bod Pod - £45. You can specify which test is required after purchase. Option 6 – Metabolic Testing – FatMax OR Resting Metabolic Rate - £125. You can specify which test is required after purchase. Option 7 – Nutritional Services, or Biomechanical Testing - £50. Only use this option if you have had an initial consultation to pay for the quoted services. Add increments up to the total value of the quote (e.g. select 3 x £50 to pay for £150 quote).
