Requests carry a service charge of £12 per search undertaken*.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email, and carry out the search. In order for us to release the results of the search to you, you must attach a signed consent from the graduate as a reply to our confirmation email ([email protected]). Our award verification will then be sent to you via email.
Please note, the signed consent must be sent within 21 days in order to be processed. After this time a new order will need to be placed, and a further £12 payment made.

We aim to reply to all award verification requests within 10 working days.
