DescriptionWe would like to invite you to join us in this one-day conference which will showcase an excellent end-of-life care plan. If you are interested in "getting it right" for people with a learning disability at the end of life: families, carers, professionals, service providers, managers, policy makers... and of course people with a learning disability, this conference is for you.
