DescriptionWe would like to invite you to join us in this one-day conference in which you will hear about the latest developments and research in palliative and end of life care for people with a learning disability. If you are interested in "getting it right" for people with a learning disability at the end of life: families, carers, professionals, service providers, managers, policy makers... and of course people with a learning disability, this conference is for you. Cost (lunch and refreshment included): Early bird - £100 Regular (after 19th Apr 2025) - £150 Free for invited speakers, people with a learning disability & carers ** Please register to the event as soon as possible.
