Payment & Bookings
If payment isn’t completed by 2 pm on the day of your consultation, your booking will be cancelled, and you’ll need to book another consultation.
Services are unavailable on national holidays or during non-operating times (including maintenance).
You are responsible for saving files in the correct format and preparing materials in time for your slot. We can’t refund or make up for lost time caused by file or material issues.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you can’t attend your consultation, please cancel your booking to free up the slot for other students:

Click ‘My Account’

Under ‘Your Resource Bookings’, find your booking and click the blue reference number

On the right-hand side, under ‘Booking Tasks’, click ‘Delete Booking’

Click ‘OK’ to confirm
Refunds aren’t available for same-day cancellations or missed bookings.
